Decrees for 2014
Here is a post from FB that I felt was most apropos for today:
Heavenly Father,
I speak today for all who stop to read this prayer. Each and every person, each individual, Father, each man and woman ,young and old, rich and poor. Father, reach down from your Throne Room in Heaven Father God, as I lift them up before and make these decrees on their behalf.
I decree strength when they become weak. Strength when they become weary with the tribulations of life; the problems and circumstances. I decree that they will never allow the spirit of hopelessness and suicide to overtake them.
I rebuke spirits of depression, rejection, oppression, fear, anguish in the name of Jesus. I decree health and healing, Divine health. I decree that each person will enter into divine health in the Name of Jesus. I decree that they will become strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Strong in Spirit, mind and body. I decree that with each step they take towards the presence of God, they will become stronger, more secure in Him.
I decree a greater revelation of God's authority to each person reading this. That each person reading this will come to have a greater knowledge and understanding of the authority of God, and the authority He gives to each of us through His Son Jesus Christ.
I decree each person will walk in greater power, greater authority, greater anointing as they move closer and closer to the presence of the Father. I decree that each person reading this will see great victories over the enemy in 2014. I decree that each will move to a position of victory in every area of their life. I decree financial breakthroughs, I decree that the spirits of poverty and lack will be broken over their lives and I decree that as we move into new and greater prosperity, we will bless, bless, bless the Kingdom of God, and God will continue the cycle of blessing us as we bless His Kingdom.
I decree that each person reading this will experience a new level of peace in 2014. I decree the peace only our Lord Jesus can give; a level of peace they have never before experienced, and when they experience it, I decree it will remain. I decree that the peace of Jesus Christ becomes a habitation.
I decree that 2014 will be a year like no other. A year of breakthrough, a year of victory, a year of blessing and prosperity, a year of peace. I decree it, in the Name of Jesus. This is My Apostolic Decree for 2014 and beyond for the people of the Kingdom of God, and I decree it before all of eternity. I decree that it is so, in Jesus name. Amen. Hallelujah!!!

Prophetic Word, 9 December
Good Morning All:
Heard the Lord say....."It is already done."
Those of you that are waiting on the Lord, be encouraged that He is perfecting those things that concern us. No matter what it is, you can trust that His resolution of the matter will be on time.
~Walk with your head up in confidence that God has heard you on high. ~
As I sat and contemplated the words that the Lord spoke today, I realized that His words...IT IS ALREADY DONE!!! is a mindset and spiritual shift!!!
He is telling us to walk in the promises that He has give us and TRUST Him! Situations may not have changed, but your perspective as the royal priesthood should be transitioned over from HOPING or WISHING, to KNOWING that your Father in heaven has heard and will respond accordingly.
News Flash: Just because you don't know how it is going to happen doesn't mean that it is NOT going to happen!!!!
~Keep moving forward, do not be distracted, and do NOT let the past haunt you!!~
~There is NO need for a 20 year prayer vigil....Walk it out with faith!! God is a promise keeper and you can take that to the bank~
Truthful Tuesday! 10 December
Truthful Tuesday:
I cannot find one verse or passage of scripture that ceases the gift of apostle or prophet. Nor can I find anything that states that pastors (shepherds), evangelists, or teachers still remain without the first two. If two are gone, they are ALL gone..and vice versa.
However, the bible does state that all five of these gifts were given to the body of Christ for the following circumstance:
......"His intention was the perfecting and the full equipping of the saints (His consecrated people), [that they should do] the work of ministering toward building up Christ's body (the church),
[That it might develop] until we all attain oneness in the faith and in the comprehension of the [full and accurate] knowledge of the Son of God, that [we might arrive] at really mature manhood (the completeness of personality which is nothing less than the standard height of Christ's own perfection), the measure of the stature of the fullness of the Christ and the completeness found in Him." (Ephesians 4:12-13 AMP)
News Flash!! We are NOT there yet!! If this is maturity.....
I often hear people who disagree say that their error is between them and God. Welp, they are involved now because they're teaching error.
Yet again, if someone can specifically point out where God has said no apostles or prophets "after the bible was written," I will recant and humbly apologize. All super duper "revelations" and religiosity can have a seat!
True Apostles and Prophets....Rock on and Rise up! Be encouraged! God's approval and power will vindicate! Keep standing and know you're NOT crazy!

Prophetic Word, 15 November 2013
The Lord says that the darkness is shrieking back!
Dear Heavenly Father,
We give you honor and glory for who You are. We bless You for the light that You've placed in us. We thank you for the ability to drive out the darkness. We thank You for the strategic plans to move forward in freedom in every aspect of life. In Jesus name...Amen.
I see darkness moving..it's like the waves moving away from the shore... folding...and turning back in the spirit. And just like the waves that wash upon the shore....the darkness had limited time and reach into your lives! It has NO choice but to withdraw! Yes Lord!!!
I see the darkness moving away from your situations. Keep standing!! Don't give up! Don't give in!
Don't stop believing..trusting...praying...standing...and obeying!

Perspective is Everything!
~Perspective determines your sight!~
Me: Good Morning
Other person: *Sighs deeply...Its a morning.
Me: Aww what's wrong?
Other person: Well its Monday?
Me: So.....that automatically makes it "a morning?"
Other person: Well...you know.
Me: Nope, I don't. Here's what I do know. You got up this morning. There's a three day weekend coming up and you are on this side of the dirt as the old saying goes.
Other person: Oh yeah! Grins big...
Me: (Walks away and comes back): And...Thanksgiving is a week after that...I'm sure you'll eat a lot...hang out with family and take some additional time off as well....
Other person: That's right! Thank you!
Me: Welcome. ..remember to always look at the bright side! Its easy to see what's wrong. Focus on what you do have.
A Monday on this side of the dirt does me just fine because I will have a great day on purpose! You do the same! Love and peace! ♡♥♡
Philippians 4:8 KJV
Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.

Disapproval and Acceptance
Wisdom Thought: Disapproval and total acceptance is possible. The two are not mutually exclusive. Both terms address the present and/or permanent reality that exists.
For example, I accept people unconditionally and still not approve of something they are doing. Love is not limited like that. Love also means telling a person the truth. Telling the truth in love is a two part command. It's not all candy and roses and agreement. Correction and accountability is a part of love.
This is crux of a real relationship right here.....it is probably where that saying comes from.."hate the sin, love the sinner." However, I've seen this go wrong, a lot on blame on both parts...the receiver calls it judgemental..sometimes it is...but the truth does sting...the giver is harsh, overbearing, and may even give a life sentence in their heads..
However, once its been addressed, life should go on. No human on this earth has a heaven or hell to put anyone in. Move on with it. Focus that energy on love... Everyone has to answer for their own decisions in the end. Yet, we're (God's people) are assigned to ensure that everyone makes an informed decision.
Be blessed on purpose!

TWELVE DIFFERENT KINDS OF APOSTOLIC LEADERS By: Joseph Mattera
This writing really struck a cord with me, so I wanted to share it with you...
I have been in the apostolic movement since the late 1980’s and have observed many kinds of apostolic leaders. By “apostolic” I am referring to a person who functions in the apostolic ministry gift as mentioned in Ephesians 4:11. They may also oversee an apostolic church that exerts great influence in their community, and/or lead a network of churches.
One size definitely doesn’t fit all in the apostolic, or in any of the other ministry gifts for that matter! They all have different modes of operation and/or function as well as different motivational gifts and bents. Of course, any true apostolic leader may have one or more of the following characteristics.
The following are the different kinds of apostolic leaders I have observed:
1. The Connecting Apostle
These apostolic leaders are like the Apostle Barnabas mentioned in the Book of Acts. Barnabas was always connecting people together and was the one responsible for connecting Saul (later on he became the great Apostle Paul) to the Jerusalem church (Acts 9:26-27). These leaders love networking key people together, function with a strong heart of mercy (they give people second and third chances; read Acts 15:37-39), and have an amazing understanding of where to place people for the maximization of their gifts and callings.
This kind of leader also has a burden for unifying the Body of Christ and are adept at creating horizontal networks or associations of leaders in their regions, either for fellowship or to fulfill a joint mission (hence they are usually quite ecumenical).
2. The Truth Apostle
Paul the Apostle focused on teaching the truth and was committed to maturing people in the faith through his teaching ministry (Colossians 1:24-29). These are scholarly leaders who write much and attract people into their networks of influence through their great scholarship and practical insight. They also major on quality, doctrine and developing covenantal systems of engagement within their circles of influence.
What separates these from others with mere theological theory is their ability to form strong coalitions with high-level commitment to fulfilling the kingdom mandate of spreading the gospel.
3. The Prophetic Apostle
These are intuitive, spontaneous leaders who have an amazing ability to think quickly with words of wisdom from the Lord. They are great visionaries and dreamers and think ahead of the curve and have a great gift of exhortation and/or preaching extemporaneously. With their great gift of motivation, they are able to attract many leaders into their spheres of influence.
4. The Military Apostle
These are like military generals in the Body of Christ who create hierarchical networks with a strong top-down leadership approach. They usually lead strong vertical networks with high commitment and are not really interested in participating in ecumenical associations (unless it fits their particular agenda or they lead it). This is because they are so focused on their purpose and lack patience and grace to work with other strong leaders who have a different view of the church or who do not want to submit to their leadership.
5. The Cultural Apostle
These apostolic leaders attract leaders into their networks because of political/social issues such as traditional marriage, abortion, immigration, social justice and the like. They have a prophetic bent and are also great unifiers of like-minded leaders.
6. The Signs and Wonders Apostle
These apostolic leaders are like the Apostle Peter who spread the gospel by the use of extraordinary signs and wonders through the gift of faith (Acts 5:15). These leaders can draw great crowds, build large churches, and regularly take risks of faith regarding finances, building bigger buildings, as well as helping others walk in the supernatural. They will draw other pastors and leaders into their networks who are hungry for the supernatural.
7. The Community Apostle
These apostolic leaders dive into the economic, social and political lives of their communities with a goal of shepherding their cities, not just a congregation. Many of these leaders create programs that serve their communities with their churches or networks becoming key agents of change for surrounding areas.
8. The Missiological Apostle
This apostolic leader is focused on statistics, trends, demographics and cultural relevance, and helps lead innovative networks and/or organizations that lead the global charge to spread the gospel. They are very scholarly and introspective yet brilliant leaders who are totally focused upon kingdom expansion for the glory of God. They are great lecturers in conferences and provide a great service for the Body of Christ at large as they, like the sons of Issachar (1 Chron. 12:32), understand the times and know what the church ought to do.
9. The Shepherding Apostle
This is an apostolic leader who is more focused upon the lives of the leaders of their network than upon having a corporate mission. They have a paternal anointing and take the most joy in washing the feet of their sons and daughters so they fulfill their vision and destiny! This is perhaps the most lacking apostolic leader in the church today since there is a dearth in the church regarding true apostolic spiritual parenting.
10. The Entrepreneurial Apostle
This kind of apostolic leader is a hyphenated leader with a dual ministry of church and business who creates wealth through initiatives that support the work of the Kingdom of God. This kind of entrepreneurial ability attracts many leaders who desire an impartation from them so they can also be prosperous in everything they touch!
11. The Statesman Apostle
This kind of apostolic leader is a very wise person who is able to represent the Kingdom of God to other denominations and those in the political and social realms. They are generally very ecumenical and have a ministry of reconciliation and are sometimes called upon to be peacemakers between opposing groups. These leaders are usually respected by Christian and non-Christian alike and are by nature very ecumenical.
12. The Intercessory Apostle
These apostolic leaders spend much time in prayer and engage in high-level spiritual warfare so light can break through in dark places. They are able to attract enough people to start large organized networks of pastors and leaders who believe their main calling is to expand the kingdom through prayer and spiritual warfare strategies. What separates these from typical prophetic intercessors is that they not only have a great gift of prayer but also are able to create influential networks of prayer leaders.
In closing, many leaders I know probably stand in about three to four of the categories above. These twelve kinds were written for the sake of clarity but not meant to legalistically confine our thinking in such a way that limits our perspective regarding apostolic leadership. Also, there are probably many other categories others could think of, which would further complicate and mesh various anointing and ministry functions together.
