Life is Precious...

When God gave the human race dominion, that dominion covered the entire earth including all creatures. However, dominion does not mean control, sell, enslave, look down upon, or minimize....

After all of the posts I've seen about Cecil the Lion, it is so odd that there is an eerie silence about the loss of life happening to people of color... (not limited to blacks)... Too many to name....There's a saying...Change will not come until those unaffected by said evil are just as outraged as those affected....

#alllivesmatter is mockery of the loss that has occured and was created to diminish the loss of black lives at such a rapid and senseless matter. #blacklivesmatter was created to unify and bring attention to the travesty that is happening everyday.

It all makes me so sad and heartbroken that life is not cherished.  I KNOW that God has heard the cry of His people and He will light the way with justice, grace, healing, and power.

Tailor Made Grace

Truthful Tuesday: There was a time where Terrey's grace (unmerited favor) frustrated me because I thought he was getting away with more than I could. Lol..So childish now, but I was SO serious back then. :D

However, after admonishment for comparing, God gave me the panoramic view of the grace on my life. The grace that I could not live without. The grace that strengthened me for my own race.

Take it from me and be grateful for the grace  that is upon your life. Look for it in your weaknesses and your failures; that's where it shines. The monents where failure, mistakes, and weaknesses could have been catastrophic, but were not.

It is so easy to see the grace of others, but completely miss our own. His grace is tailor made for each and every one of us. Take some time today and see your own.
